On September 18 and 19, FireServiceRota will join the 2019 Emergency Services Show at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham for the third year in a row. 

Located at stand P21, we will showcase customer success stories, our latest developments and innovations and best practices for increasing operational readiness while promoting wellbeing and flexibility for personnel. 

Over the last year, FireServiceRota has again introduced several new innovations: our intelligent dashboard with real-time information about incidents, a revamped mobile app and smart alerting without pagers. 

FireServiceRota also has entered the Danish market: the Danish emergency services company Falck is currently rolling out FireServiceRota, with tens of stations already actively using it for their daily scheduling and alerting. 

Just before the ESS, on September 17, we were also delighted to receive the news that Cleveland Fire Brigade has awarded us a 5-year contract.

FireServiceRota is a software company dedicated to providing resource management systems to on-call and wholetime fire stations across the world. 

We provide our clients with cloud-based software accessible through multiple devices to ensure the readiness of fire stations while allowing firefighters to balance their work/life commitments in a better way.

In 2018 The Emergency Services Show attracted over 8,000 visitors from across the UK and International emergency services. Entry to the event and parking at the NEC are free.
