Our Pager Fleet Management system is designed to ensure that your firefighting teams are always equipped with the most reliable and efficient alerting tools.
Pager monitoring
Continuously monitor the health of your pagers, knowing which pagers are online, whether they are experiencing issues, whether messages were received, and continuously monitoring the signal strength. If a pager loses connectivity, the user will be notified by push notification on their smartphone. Having insight in your pagers allows you to make sure your primary alerting channel is functioning properly at all times.
Pager fleet management
Always have an overview of your pager fleet. Easily see who owns which pager, and whether all your pagers are online and up to date. This allows you to always have an overview of the most important alerting channel for your service.
Over-the-Air Programming
All firmware and configuration updates are provided over the air, making sure that your pagers are always up to date without the need to visit a station. Your pagers are automatically programmed based on the skills of users, and which station they are a member of, taking away the need to program the pagers manually, and eliminating room for error.
Hybrid alerting Smart pagers
With hybrid alerting, pagers are alerted over the existing paging network (POCSAG or Flex) and through LTE-M at the same time. This makes the alerting process fast and reliable, and provides proof of delivery.
Confirmation of incident response
Allow users to quickly confirm their attendance, immediately feeding this back into your control room, ensuring no time is lost when there is an incident.
